- 'This is your world, it is your feast'
A new selection of photos from the past 6 months. In this period it was everyday life such as buying groceries, cooking, cleaning, living in my current hometown.... Read more>>
- 'Like the imprint of a bird in the sky'
Good and bad, happy and sad, all thoughts vanish into emptiness like the imprint of a bird in the sky
From The Sadhana of Mahamudra, a public practice written by Chögyam Trungpa.

- ' 'If You Are Able To Relax'
If you are able to relax - relax to a cloud by looking at it, relax to a drop of rain and experience it genuineness - you can see the unconditionality of reality, which remains very simply in things as they are, very simply. (...) You may see a fly buzzing, you may see a snowflake, you may see ripples of water, you may see a black widow spider. You may see anything, but you can actually look at all those things with simple and ordinary, but appreciative perception.
Chögyam Trungpa from 'Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior' ~ Photos from April until September 2010 ~

- Daily life, January-April 2010. The novelty of living in Zandvoort has passed. Still some snow at the end of winter, visiting family and friends, strolling around and functional walks. Going to other cities and places. A Miksang workshop and a few moments of the practicing-Miksang-together-days in Zandvoort. A motif of flowers in a vase - seen at various times sitting on my sofa. Spring has begun, the first time having a drink at the beach, and so the walks along and around the beach become longer... and more day-to-day experiences.

- In May 2009 I moved to Zandvoort, a beach town half an hour from Amsterdam. A selection of photos with fresh moments of everyday live in my first summer, autumn and some winter.
- Photo selection until February 2009. Often I go out for an hour or so with my camera and no other plan than to fully engage in perception, to be available for the visual world. My practice is as I am stopped, to discern what it is I see, what is in what is out, and finally press the button and let go. Lovely moments!
