Awareness is always present

Awareness is always present within

Whether we are awake, in full contact with something around us or in full contact with a person or something, or whether we are absorbed in our inner dialogue.

Whether we going over a conversation with ourselves in ourselves, or going over a conversation with someone in ourselves, absorbed in a phantasy, or taken along by our associations.

No matter what.
We are always aware of something.

Awareness is even aware of its own awareness

As soon as we ask ourselves if we are aware, we are aware.

When we feel dull, we are aware of feeling dull. When we are angry, we are aware we feel angry. When we are happy, we are aware. When we are feeling sad, we are aware. When we feel drowsy we are aware. When we are mindless we are aware. When we are mindful we are ware.

We are always aware.

In the midst of  our ever-changing thoughts, emotions and actions; we are aware.

Our awareness is always present, unchanging

The nature of our experiences, our emotions, our thoughts is that they are ever-changing.

Like clouds.

Our awareness is always present, unchanging.

Like the blue sky.

Unhindered by clouds, unhindered by the changing of weather, unhindered by seasons.
Unhindered by thoughts, emotions and actions.

With and without clouds.
We are aware.

We cannot be not-aware.
We are always aware.

You are the sky. Everything else – it’s just the weather.
